With our new online check-in system and personalised digital key, you can access your room quickly and securely, without waiting at reception.

How does it work?

48 hours before your arrival you will receive an email with a link to complete the online process.

Online check-in

1. Fill in the form or scan your ID card/passport, as well as those of all guests. Always use the email address used for the booking. If the booking was made through an intermediary (e.g. Booking), you must use the email address that appears in your booking details (e.g. xxxxxxxx@guest.booking.com).

2. Complete the payment for your stay (accommodation + tourist tax).

3. In a few minutes you will receive your check-in confirmation by email.

4. Download the Openow application. Be sure to do this at the same time as checking in online. Register on the app with the same email address used for the booking

Digital key

5. On the day of your arrival, when your room is ready, the key will be automatically downloaded into the Openow application.

6. Go directly to your room, and unlock your room door by bringing your mobile phone close to the lock from the Openow application.
