With our new online check-in system and personalised digital key, you can access your room quickly and securely, without waiting at reception.

How does it work?

48 hours before your arrival you will receive an email with a link to complete the online process.

Online check-in

1. Enter your details in the form or scan your ID card, and those of all guests.

2. Complete the payment for your stay (accommodation + tourist tax).

3. After a few minutes you will receive the completed check-in documents by e-mail.

4. Download the Openow application. It is important that you download the application when you check in online and that you log in to the application with the same email address you used for your booking.

Digital key

5. On the day of your arrival, when your room is ready, the key will be automatically downloaded into the Openow application.

6. Go directly to your room, and unlock your room door by bringing your mobile phone close to the lock from the Openow application.
