How far is Barcelona?
Apartments are 18km from Barcelona city centre
Where is public transport located?
In front of the entrance to the apartments is a bus stop for both the centre of Castelldefels and Barcelona.
Distance from the beach?
The apartments are about 200m from the beach.
How far is the nearest supermarket?
The nearest supermarket is located at a 12 minute walk from the apartments. The Anec Blau shopping mall is also very close.

Are there apartments adapted for disabled people?
We have an adapted apartment in each building
Is there a lift in the building?
We have a lift to all floors of the building.
Do you have parking?
We have closed parking. Prices and availability on request.
Is it possible to store bicycles?
We have a free bike park.
Do you have a restaurant?
We do not have a restaurant within the complex, but the apartments are five minutes from the most central area of the beach with restaurants.
Is cleaning included in the price?
For stays of seven days or more, weekly cleaning is included.
Can I book an extra cleaning service?
Extra cleaning is available at a different price depending on the type of apartment and includes general cleaning of the apartment and changing towels and sheets.
Is there a dryer in the laundry besides the washing machine?
The laundry room has coin-operated washing machines and dryers.
Are pets allowed?
Pets are not allowed.
Our reservations
Is there an extra charge for an extra person in an apartment?
Adding an extra person costs €15/night.
Do I have to pay a deposit?
A deposit of €250 per apartment is required on the day of arrival.
What time must you leave the apartment?
Check-out time is 11:00am. Departures after this time must be notified in advance and may incur an additional charge.
When do I have access to the apartment?
Check-in is from 2pm. If you arrive outside reception hours, you must go to the dONNA Hotel to register and collect your key card. If you arrive before the check-in time, we kindly ask all our guests to inform us in advance by e-mail or telephone of the approximate time of arrival.
Why do I need my card?
Reservations are guaranteed by credit card.
The establishment reserves the right to pre-authorise the card to verify its correct operation.
How can I cancel my booking?
Normal rate (standard rate): No advance payment is required.
The customer may cancel the reservation free of charge up to two days prior to the date of arrival and will be charged the first night's rate if the cancellation is made within the two days prior to the date of arrival.
Non refundable fee: Requires payment in advance.
The customer must pay the full price of the reservation and in the event of cancellation, the amount paid will not be refunded.
What happens if I break something?
You will need to go to reception, explain what has happened and depending on the item broken or the cause, it will be decided whether or not you have to pay for it.

What is the maximum capacity of an apartment?
Depending on the type of apartment, it has a different capacity for people. If the maximum capacity is exceeded, the client has the option of booking an additional apartment or cancelling the reservation.
Do you have cots?
We have a free baby cot on request.
Are they equipped with linen and kitchen utensils?
The apartments are equipped with kitchenware, bed linen and towels.
How many bathrooms are there in the apartments?
Depending on the type of apartment, there are one or two bathrooms.
Do the apartments have a balcony?
Depending on the type of apartment, they may have a balcony.
Do they have a sofa bed?
Depending on the type of apartment, they may or may not have a sofa bed.
Do they have air conditioning?
They have hot and cold air conditioning.
Do the bathrooms have gel and shampoo?
Yes, in all the bathrooms we have amenities with shampoo and gel.
Is washing machine soap included?
We do not have dispensers for washing machine soap.
What are the kitchen utensils?
All our apartments have a fully equipped kitchen with the following appliances: fridge, oven, microwave, kettle (on request at reception), coffee maker, toaster, juicer, crockery, cutlery, pots, pans, frying pans.
What kind of coffee machine is there?
The coffee machines in the apartments are Italian.
Is there a hairdryer?
Yes, there is a hairdryer available on request at the reception.
